Stand up tanning booths, or "vertical sunbeds", as our Canadian friends call them, utilize plastic acrylic shield covers to protect the lamps and user from each other.  Many older model SunDazzler, SunDomes, and SouthBeach stand ups were built with steel cages in a grid pattern to save money.  You now have the option of "upgrading" those steel grids on your stand up with acrylic lamp covers because they fit in the same simple groove and retainer screw system used by the manufacturers.  Plus, the builders offered these plastic shields as more attractive upgrades to the steel grids at an additional cost so we know they fit in most cases.  If you have the steel grids and want to upgrade, or if you are not sure, please call our expert directly at 800-667-9189 , or email us here so we can do the research for you and send a quote.
